PEOPLE CALL ME BOND-SAN” (人呼んで、「ボンドさん」と発します。) is a the ultimate cult-POP-homage to Takao Saito’s swingin’ sixties original (and official) 007 manga. When Saito lost those rights, he imagined an all-new Bond, one who rejects Her Majesty’s methodology, and morphed into (modern Samurai) assassin—Golgo 13—”the man who never smiles” (shadows of Takakura Ken who played in the live action version).

The Marvel-esque artwork (poster for Super Fake Film “Carte Blanche”) features a Saito-Inspired retro Bond delivering Golgo’s signature line (“Don’t stand behind me”), pushing out into a 60’s MAD-MOD Double-0 universe of Bond-cars (Ferrari GTO v. McQueen Porsche), Bond-girls (Shirley Bassey x Pam Grier x Maetel), and up against Bond-villain—David Carradine as Sergei “The Revolver” Reinhardt. (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑
