MAJESTY AIR. Directed by Robin Stone. Super·Pulp Productions, 1966. Based on Super·Pulp Comics, Issue 17

Ex-con turned super-sleuth, “AGENT 88 (aka Detective 7)”, investigates the death of Sir Tommy Tanaka, the notorious cyborg-owner of Majestyland’s Rising Sun Casino. Tanaka’s very dead body is discovered on Majesty Air’s Flight 76. His lover and the flight’s pilot—Ryoko Paradis—is the prime suspect.

But when 88 discovers that the prints at the scene of the crime point to a man who had passed away in a city that shouldn’t exist, the plot takes a giant leap forward into a world run by the mysterious computer named “ODIN” and drives our hero down the ultimate rabbit hole in 1966’s Britsploitation Yakuza-Eiga CyberPunk Spectacular.
